APE METCON
We are super excited to bring one of our most popular APE GAMES series competition, APE METCON at one of the biggest and most fun fitness events of the year! This particular event will call on the endurance/stamina of an athlete to take the podium!
TheFITEXPO, at the Los Angeles Convention Center!
This is a chance for individuals of ALL LEVELS to test their skills in a fun and welcoming environment that offers a chance to give it your all and leave it on the floor.

SCORING
Total score is the SUM all ALL CALORIES ACCUMULATED at the machines, PLUS placement points for FASTEST TIME.
All points will be tallied and leaderboard updated at completion of each event.
Upon finalization of BOTH DAYS the Grand
Champions will be announced and posted
along with 2nd and 3rd.
All movement standards are aligned with International Functional Fitness Federation standards.
Entry and Check in
CHECK IN
Check in starts at 9am
We will have a check-in booth in the lobby in front of the Main Entry doors to the hall B
You must Check in at booth BEFORE entering the hall.
We recommend arriving 1hr before your wave time.
COMPETITION STARTS AT 11AM
ENTRY
Competitors are allowed in the hall at 9am
Spectators are allowed in at regular opening time (10am)
Entry is FREE for ALL competitors
Friends and Family will need to purchase entry to the Expo
