POWER CLEAN

All Divisions
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
ALL DIVISIONS
The barbell begins on the ground. Touch and go is permitted. No bouncing. The barbell must come up to the shoulders,
with the hips and knees fully extended and
the elbows IN FRONT of the bar.

NO REPS
-If hips and knees are not fully extended and the elbows are not of the bar.
-Plates not touching the ground on every rep.

Box Jump/Step up

GORILLA & CHIMP DIVISIONS
This is a two-foot jump onto the box.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Both feet must be on the box together at some point in the rep. You may jump down or step down but you MUST JUMP UP. Double extension not required (hip & knee extension)

NO REP
-If only one foot touches the box at a time.
-If a step up is performed instead of a jump.

CUB DIVISION
This is a two-foot step up onto the box.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Both feet must be on the box together at some point in the rep. You may jump down or step down. Double extension is required (hip & knee extension) on top of the box.

NO REP
-If only one foot touches the box at a time.
-If no double extension is achieved.

Wall Ball

ALL DIVISIONS

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
The medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat, hip crease PARALLEL TO KNEE (No squat depth requirement for CUB DIVISION), and thrown to hit the 10feet height target.

Using an additional ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is not allowed. If the ball is not caught between reps, it must come to a full stop on the ground.
Bouncing the ball off the floor is not permitted. The center of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified target height.

NO REPS
-If the ball hits low or does not hit the target.
-If a full squat is not performed at the start of every rep.
-If required depth is not achieved.
